transfer paper
There are two types of paper:
A. For light fabrics (light shirt / white)
2. Dark Fabrics (dark shirt / black)
Ink:
A. Original Ink (Epson DURABrite 's the best) -> recommended.
2. If using CIS, using pigment inks -> It’s Oke
3. laserjet -> good too but unfortunately its expensive toner.
** Do not use dye ink which ink infusions -> quickly wear off only bright color alone
Process:
A. Paper for white shirts:
A. Design
2. Print reverse (mirror) on the transfer paper.
3. Put the paper on which the print facing the shirt.
4. Press machine-heatpress (100-150 degrees, 5-10 seconds)
or use iron rub gently and evenly.
5. remove (peel) the cover layer stl cold.
B. Paper to a black T-shirt:
A. Design
2. Print (not in the mirror)
3. Put on the shirt (the terprint facing up).
4. Closed (protect) the transfer paper with a special paper (like tracing paper) - always buy this paper in it -
5. Press machine-heatpress (100-150 degrees, 5-10 seconds)
remove the protective paper earlier. after chilling.
The advantage to use this system:
A. easy job. Fast process.
2. full color images as far as the result like printed
3. On t-shirts can be cotton, polyester, polycotton, silk, canvas, etc..
Disadvantages:
A. Special care is needed for T-shirt transfer paper with repousse (morbidly washing in brush, encounter problems using bleach, soak for too long, do not use dryer drying machine, preferably drying by ourself course, indirect contact with the iron transfer paper, do not use sleep).
2. if you use intravenous dye ink inks fade faster.
3. Not long lasting, transfer paper will be broken, cracked, or chipped after washing manytimes (10-20X wash if care well).
