CONVENIENT CONTINUOUS CROP MARK DETECTION
By detecting continuous crop marks on the printed matter, complex contour cuts of shapes can be continuously made, making individual adjustments automatically. Through detecting a maximum of 4 points, cutting is made with high accuracy while minimising distortion at the time of printing and laminating. The Light pointer makes position adjustment of crop marks easier.
ACCURATE CONTOUR CUTTING
With Mimaki's patented half cut function, the backing sheet can be cut leaving a little bit of half cut connecting points, which can be easily detached when necessary.




SELECTABLE CLAMP PRESSURE
Having selectable clamp pressure with high and low setting, slipping of long sheets is prevented with high pressure and with low pressure damages to media by gild rollers are averted.
THREE SELECTABLE JOG SPEEDS
With low, medium and high speed jog settings it is possible to ensure proper and easy positioning of the head to the cutting points.
ROLL SHEET RECEIVER WITH STOPPER
Meandering of rolled media is prevented and highly accurate cutting with long sheets is made possible with the use of the Roll Sheet Receiver with included Stopper.
CUSTOM DESIGN POP & STICKERS WITH FINECUT 7
FineCut 7 plugin software used with both CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator utilises 100% of the functions of the Mimaki CG60-SR. Capable of responding to high level cutting needs such as creating cut data from image data, division cutting of long media and setting of overlap space with a tiling function.

Outlines can be traced automatically from a bitmap image. Paths can be created via outline extraction and easily modified to suit requirements.

Plot data used in other cutting software can be imported from other programs and easily used within FineCut7.
